Nous aimons enseigner, partager ce que nous avons appris et découvert en plus de 20 ans d’expérience, en le traduisant afin de le faire nôtre et de le comprendre plus profondément. PerpetuoMobileTeatro organise des parcours d’apprentissage intensifs et résidentiels, allant de l’interprétation à l’improvisation en passant par la création et destinés aux professionnels, semi-professionnels ou étudiants des arts de la scène. Les ateliers sont en constante évolution et les dates sont mises à jour dès qu’une nouvelle session est programmée. The Words of the Body
Residential physical theatre workshop. A learning and experimentation programme including physical training and movement research, improvisation and partnerwork, interpretation and composition. Each participant, starting from pre-existing material or a new idea, putting teaching and practice to good use, will have the opportunity to create and present their own narrative framework.

The body is deepness, space that welcomes, hosts and reveals. The aim of physical training is to discover and release the connections between its parts, refining perception and approaching a state of transparent and accurate presence. Through the exploration of the contact with the ground, the centres of gravity, weight, impulses and partner work, we will enter into a playful dialogue with the body and the space.
Body and voice, their many expressive possibilities in relation to a space constantly to be defined and a time to be dominated, will be the tools to translate ideas into theatrical actions that are both concrete and symbolic. Dramatizing movement means to create a composition that has meaning and tension, that is comprehensible and able to communicate with the audience on a physical, emotional and intellectual level.

masquerade
A workshop focusing on acting with masks, starting from the body and its endless possibilities of gathering and developing impulses, transforming them into organic, mouldable material.
A specific physical training that will prepare us to meet and embody the mask. A discovery and analysis of those elements that, starting from the body, will allow us to give birth to a character and chisel it, making it expressive and credible. An opportunity to get to know the company’s work, outside and beyond the shows, getting in touch with its research on physical theatre and mask theatre.

We will awaken and nourish the imaginative process, activating and developing the connections between tensions, body postures, physical sensations and emotions. We will cultivate sensitivity in recognising and giving space to inner and external impulses, and the confidence to use them as material for creation, in that space of freedom where everything is constantly changing. All this will be used to embody the masks and induce them to reveal themselves in a ball at once intimate and mundane, sacred and profane.
